The Carroll Biz Challenge 2013 Contest Judges
Jeanne Sherwood, RN is the founder and CEO of WellAdvantage, a Baltimore-Based, Woman-Owned provider of Corporate Wellness Programs. WellAdvantage serves corporations globally by reducing health care costs through the reduction of health risks among the employee population. Jeanne and her team have been the recipients of numerous awards and recognitions.
Jeanne works to empower women in business through her charity work such as serving as Co-Chair for the Annual Women’s Golf Outing benefiting the House of Ruth, and serving as an Honorary Chair for the Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business Development 2012 Women’s Business Forum.

Josh Kohn is the CEO of Kohn Creative and Carroll Magazine. Josh and his wife and two children live in Finksburg, MD. His duties include the financial, management, and design portions of Kohn Creative and Carroll Magazines. As publisher of Carroll Magazine and Carroll Business Quarterly, he has refined his skills in the communications field. Josh has been privileged to sit on several prominent boards in the community from Carroll Community Colleges’ Foundation board to the Co-President of the Carroll Technology Council.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in industrial design/technology and production management.

Mike Gibble is the Chief Executive of Zenith Capital Holdings, LLC, a venture capital and private equity firm that manages a number of private subsidiary companies. The firm recently relocated to Carroll County in the fall of 2012. Their portfolio interests include the following industries; architecture, restaurant, web technology, healthcare, real estate and pharmaceuticals. Mike also serves on the Executive Leadership Council of the Holy Cross Hospital Foundation and the Legislative Committee for the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.
